Stayed here on business. Hotel is not modern, but had everything you need. Hotel bar was fine, but there is a micro brewery close by. Great for a jog down the beach. Staff friendly and helpful
Really good stay only thing we thought was in the future small fridges would be a useful addition to the rooms as in hot weather it is useful.

Being right on the seafront, this isn't a budget option, but the mattress was firm, the water hot and the shower strong. The room looked a little dated, but perfectly fine for a couple of nights. Breakfast was decent, although the coffee wasn't to my taste. I am glad that my room was nowhere near the massive garden party that happened.
It was ok , the receptionist treated me like a naughty schoolboy (I am 70 +) The room was ok. It was not serviced. It was also very old fashioned.
I normally stay 2 mins away at Wetherspoons which is the same price and much much better. I will stay there in future.
Struggled with parking as other guests, I presume, had just abandoned their cars anywhere and in 2 spaces. Room was hot and very noisy over the front of the hotel. Revellers shouting at all hours and throwing takeaway wrappers all over. Bar was noisy with non residents. Check out was fine as there was no one there and early.
Check in on Friday afternoon was friendly and quick. Although there was an issue with the one room keycard however that was resolved quickly and satisfactory.
Check out on Sunday morning was again quick and easy.
However on Sunday morning we decided to have breakfast. We asked in the restaurant if we could have and they sent us to reception to pay, this was ok but she was not very friendly. We paid for 3 breakfasts and went back to her. She didn’t explain what the procedure was so we just sat down. There was no food left on the buffet and I had to ask if it was being replaced. There was no orange juice, again had to ask. I had some cereal but again no milk! The 2 young girls were all to interested in chatting to each other and not checking on tables or food to see if it needed replacing etc. the scrambled eggs looked like vomit when brought out. I would not recommend breakfast at all here and if I stay at the hotel again then breakfast will be at spoons next door! For the price paid for 3 (£47) it was really not worth it and left us feeling disappointed and hungry!

Liked: Cleanliness
Noise from local bars and clubs just below street window very loud and dispersal noise untill 3am .Not good if youre not a clubber.
Lovely stay, staff really friendly, bed really comfy, fabulous nights sleep, no towels in room, not a problem as i always take my own. Room a little tired looking needs redecorating, furniture in the room needs some love. Large mirror above the dressing table is too high. Its impossible to sit down and do your hair. No plug sockets by the bed only by the dressing table. I would imagine this Hotel was fabulous years ago but is in desperate need of some TLC. There is a phone charges price list attached to the wall by the bed ( i can only imagine its from the days when posh hotel rooms had phones ) the year date was 2012. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
If you get a room at the front of the hotel take ear plugs the noise from surrounding bars is horrendous and goes on until the early hours. Windows closed do not stop the noise. Hotel is dated and the room I had was in need of decoration and updating. Bed was uncomfortable and old although clean price was above average and we were expecting more for our money. Food was good value and tasty. We unfortunately won't stay again due to the noise
Booked as a last minute booking & arrived at the hotel to check in before the reservation had made its way through the system so had to wait to access the room.
Room itself (Prince William Room) was large & clean - everything you need for an overnight trip!
