Nice clean room smelly doggy lift check in very slow and then the cards didn't work ! so had to go back down to reception No where to park when we arrived as a conference was on causing us having to wait and move our vehicle dogs around the breakfast buffet area - not hygienic

A warm welcome was received on arrival. Room was clean and large in size, bed was very comfy and the pillows were delightful. Breakfast was delicious, the chef was amazing preparing all the alternatives that people were ordering. Bar staff were friendly and chatty. Just a little further out of Winchester than we had anticipated but the taxi service was good. The reception area was bright, comfortable and had a nice relaxing atmosphere with lots of different areas for couples/families to sit and enjoy a drink and/or chat.
