Book West Raynham hotels

Once again, excellent. Room was clean and warm (we arrived on a cold evening). Polite staff. We were lucky to be able to try a different suite to previous visits and enjoyed the lay out of this one as much as the others. Hoping to stay again early 2026.

Great hotel, fantastic service, could not fault it.

The checkin was great. Staff could not have been more helpful. The room was really lovely - big with a large bathroom with lovely big fluffy towels and good quality shower, shampoo and conditioner lotions. We had dinner which was very good.

Not sure about pets, but in cold, windy weather and rain, it was the most comfortable place to stay.

The brasserie food was amazing in the restaurant but the service was terrible. We had a 40 minute wait between finishing our main and being offered a desert menu. The main problem was that we chose this hotel as it had a later check out time of 11am. However on approaching the hotel at 6pm we saw road closure signs starting at 9.30 the next morning for a half marathon. This meant that we had to leave at 9am to avoid the road closure or we would’ve been stuck at the hotel until 12.30pm. If we had known this at the time of booking then we would not have booked this hotel

What an absolute gem of a place! There's nothing like a fantastic breakfast to start the day and oh boy did we get it here . Also I had the fish and chips one evening and it has to be said it ranks along side the best I have ever eaten....Attentive staff who clearly know what they are doing . We have never stayed in Wells before but we will definitely stay here again when we return.
