Book West End hotels

Parking was very convenient and tge receptionists very helpful. Room was equipped with all you need and there was an opening window - bonus! Breakfast was a choice if cooked or continental. Not gourmet level but all you want in the morning.

All staff members were very helpful it was okay I think they should offer something like poached eggs or something I would rate the breakfast as a 3 star

Breakfast wasnot good Everything in the buffet waa luke warm at best and overcooked

Great room very comfortable and clean had everything we needed. Staff very attentive and helpful. One very minor issue would be about the parking, if you arrive in the afternoon very limited parking due to the golfers and when you have to lug suitcases between cars to reception it’s a little off putting. Be good if they could limit the golfers parking so that space for hotel guests was more available at least from check in time until early evening

Had standard room and facilities as described, clean, couple of minor issues with condition of bathroom, but everything working. Staff welcoming and helpful, food at breakfast and dinner good. Outside of hotel needs refresh, but has nice postion by waterside.
