It started off poorly right at check in. On the Expedia app it’s clearly advertised as “parking available”, which is one of the reasons I picked this hotel. Little do you know, you have to read the fine print and parking is limited. The hotel staff then proceeded to tell me she didn’t know what to do because she just returned from a vacation herself. I will also add here that the bathroom had mold all over the shower and there is clearly a musty smell, just disgusting.
The next morning, this same employee (Tamara) proceeded to call our hotel room at 7:00am multiple times just to say parking isn’t advertised as available. We go to the front desk on our way out and she continues to say parking still isn’t available. She gave us horrible attitude and essentially told us off, HORRIBLE customer service.
We return to the hotel just before 8:00pm and a different front desk employee offers us parking for additional $40 a day when we have now already paid to park the car elsewhere.
