Room clean and adequately equipped but check in was chaotic. Waited ages even though I had checked in online. There was no queue I think receptionist didn’t know what she was doing. Then we went up to our room but it was already occupied. I went down to sort out and left hubby with luggage. Then I couldn’t get back to him because lift would not go to that floor because our key was not programmed for it. Total farce. Would have been one star if receptionist in morning had not been really helpful in saying we could leave our car a few extra hours in the car park. Had been told no in checking in!

Room was clean, staff were friendly and courteous. Matters requiring attention Room 829: 1. Ensuite sink needs drain unblocking 2. Ensuite air extraction very poor, everything steamed up very quickly 3. TV console trim coming adrift, needs glueing back in place before a guest walking between bed and TV catches it with their knee and rips it right off.

staff are very friendly, the room is very clean, I wish the bathroom is little bit bigger, especially the shower, very tight. Its really center to yhe waterfront, wonderful location.

Room was okay, an odd shape with only a few windows above the bed which didn't open, let in minimal natural light but also leaked light right onto the pillows in the morning so sleep ins were impossible. No bin liners in the rubbish bins made me feel uncomfortable throwing away feminine hygiene products. Also, the housekeeping staff took my second room key from the room while I was out and didn't replace it or notify me they'd done so. Despite these issues, the area was excellent for shopping and easily walkable. Staff at the front desk were friendly. Room was clean and a very reasonable price.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we have seen at a hotel, with a lot of options. The room was very quiet and the location was good. The room was a bit outdated but clean, but the bed kept rolling away from the wall if we tried to sit up against the back of the bed. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well located with easy access to nearby amenities, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable but would benefit from a refresh, particularly the curtains which were stained. The breakfast buffet was quite limited and could offer more variety. Overall, a convenient stay with room for improvement.

Everything was ok, except the room cleaning. The room looked clean in surface, but there was trash on the carpet floor from days before. The extra blanket was just thrown and not properly arranged once the beds were made. Overall was a good start, except the cleaning which was annoying and uncomfortable to see that it didn't improve in the 4 days we stayed there.
