Decent/average. The food is overprices for the quality you get. The sun doesn’t reach the pool area as it’s surrounded by buildings. Sun aside the pool area could better, is decent at best. On a good note, the staff is nice and room service was fast and attentive.

The hotel was clean, and our room was large. The staff was wonderful, and they wanted to ensure that we had a great trip. We were greeted by Maxwell when we arrived who made us feel welcomed. The location was perfect. There was a Bagel place across the street was awesome. We ate breakfast once in the hotel and the food was good but pricy. We did eat dinner once in the hotel and the food was delicious.

Overnighter in DC

Great service staff at the front desk; ditto with the bar and restaurant staff. I only wish I could have had a better room with a view but overall a decent stay at Sonesta Hotel. Great location near the red line metro DuPont Circle station.
