I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I booked a room that was advertised as accommodating 5 guests. However, during our stay, it became clear that the room could realistically accommodate only 4 people. The beds were significantly smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable and impractical for five guests to sleep properly. This did not match the room description provided at the time of booking and affected the quality of our stay. Because the room did not meet the advertised capacity, I am kindly requesting a partial reimbursement for the inconvenience. I believe this is a fair resolution given the discrepancy between the listing and the actual accommodations. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response.
