The staff were absolutely wonderful! Very friendly. Rooms could be updated. The room was clean but things need to replaced. The cloth blinds inside the room were very dirty. Looked like someone threw something on them and stained. The iron was leaking and hair dryer didn’t work.

The property was in a nice area and very quiet. Walking distance from local restaurants and other convenience stores as well. The room was also very clean and looked as the photos advertised. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Nice location. Next to metro. Parking worked out for us. We had an accessible room and it was really big. Bathroom a great size! Nice little food market in the lobby. Overall a good stay. Would definitely stay again.

So, nice and convenient to the Kennedy Center. Easily a 5 to 6 minute walk if you get the walk sign. Now the room itself has the air conditioning unit coming out of the plaster in the wall so it rattled terribly. The windows were not sealed good so there was a constant wind noise and the shades are horrible on a pull chain. They are crinkled and don’t block out the light like a drape. Not fair the gentleman who checked us in to have to do ut all by himself especially when there was a line. He did apologize to each person for the long wait though. A true gentleman and he was very accommodating to special requests.

Good location close to Kennedy Center. The water in the shower was too hot, almost scalding. There was no cold water setting. Complained about it but was not resolved.

Came for GWU orientation. Love the access in walking distance of all things GW, including the metro stop. Clean boutique-style in a residential/college area. If you’re coming to visit GW, the ARC is perfect.

The entrance/driveway into the hotel was a bit tight, but luckily they have valet to go most of the way and park. The hotel was fairly small and quaint. It’s very comfortable and quiet, exactly what you need in a hotel. It’s so close to the national mall, so you’re able to get to everything very easily. I’d definitely recommend staying there.

I recently stayed at The Arc and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going out of their way to ensure my comfort throughout the stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend The Arc and will definitely return on my next visit.
