Very expensive for a motel with paper thin walls, thin towels, no washcloths, no lift, and rooms that face a main street. Did I mention the ant on the counter? Staff was nice. Walkable to restauraunts.

We stayed for two nights over the new year period. The motel was very convenient to the new year's eve fireworks, beach, Maritime Village and Lake Pertobe recreation area. It was also only a few minutes walk from Warrnambool's central shopping and dining precinct. Our room was clean, comfortable, well-appointed and a good size. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant which was lovely. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

We got the last room for the night, it was the Budget room - 2 single beds, cosy, but very comfortable. Clean modern bathroom. Very happy with the check-in (lady doubled as our barmaid) later in the evening. Friendly, offered information about the wine, the area - wish I got her name! Would recommend.
