Located in the centre of Mallacoota, a small town at a river mouth in Eastern Victoria. Actually it feels like a large caravan park, with a central shopping precinct including the hotel/motel. The hotel has a bistro, and there is a Chinese restaurant across the road. Included in the motel was a complementary breakfast box of cereal, milk, fruit juice and muesli bar, enough to get you started the first day, in addition to the usual tea, coffee, etc. Onsite parking. It's an older building, but room was clean and fresh. Staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Interesting history in the area if you visit the WW2 communication bunker near the local airfield.
