Was a rough stay to start the stay off with a big winter storm. Hotel definitely was not equipped with snow removal equipment. Multiple cars stuck in parking lot and a snowblower didn’t even show up till 4pm. Side doors were not shovelled well at all and it’s a good thing an ambulance did not have to come to the property as there is no way it would have got in. Customers safety has to come first but we were made to feel as though it did not matter. Surprised how hotels ran considering it is a Marriott property. Overall not impressed.
