Hyatt House gets a 10!

The entire staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. I loved the Hyatt House! We stayed on the 16th floor. Family and pet friendly made me a bit nervous. However, to my delight the way the rooms are set up no one is intrusive or disturbing to others at all. I also appreciated the elevator security! I WILL book again at this hotel!
