hotel accommodations fine - staff horrid. My daughter, her fiance and their 7 mos and 20 mos called for an early check in and were told they did not have a reservation. Then after calling Expedia, they magically found it - then they found it. Upon arrival they were. told the reservation was for only one night not 2. We called Expedia and they contacted the propoerty again and magically they found the reservation. However there was a billing issue with the 2nd night as it was still outstanding. They refused to check them in and have myself (my gift to them) talk with them. They stated it is there policy to refuse to check someone in when they have a confirmed reservation that is paid, when another night is still owed. It was 24 degrees outside

To many dogs barking all times of night. Dog jumping on me waiting for elevators. Elevator can be heard from room every time it goes up and down. It was like being at a dog park. Never again.
