Check in was the worst part. When I booked the room online, Expedia stated that the price was going to be $75 and when I got to check in, they would not honor that and charged me $100. Also online it does not list that you have to pay $20-$30 a night for parking. It was a little ridiculous considering how much the room was.

The Hyatt House proved to be a wonderful place to stay while visiting NAS Oceana. Clean room, friendly and attentive staff and convenient to most locations that we needed to go. Would certainly recommend and we will return for another stay.

Checked in on Monday, while others checked in at 1pm .. we sat in lobby until 415pm to get out room. After I informed the front desk staff that I am a Priority Club Member, the apologies started. WTH.... Texted and called front desk over 3 times on Friday for clean towels ,trash dump, toilet tissue.. stayed 6 days , still waiting on a luggage cart that never showed.. 4 trips on elevator to load vehicle... WTH ... Women in breakfast bar, Kelly and Denise are awesome !
