My stay was adequate. Definitely not exceptional like previous stays with Hilton. Most of the staff were friendly and responsive, one staff member was a little rude when I asked for a packet of hot chocolate one evening. She was working the check-in counter and told me no, when it's empty that's it for the day! I was really disappointed after a long cold day!

Great room, great staff, convenient place for dinner right next door. Breakfast is NOT included and is very small but coffee and tea are free. Book for the view and restaurant next door! It was an amazing sunrise.
