From Vinca, head 85 kilometres west to discover the renowned city of Andorra la Vella.

Curious about what's on offer in Le Soler? St. Jacques Church, Palace of the Kings of Majorca and the Le Castillet are some fantastic reasons to pay a visit. It's located just 25 kilometres to the east.

Sitting 75 kilometres to the southeast, Cadaques Beach is a great place to spend a little time relaxing with your nose in a book. Canet Beach is also home to some incredible views. It lies 40 kilometres to the southeast.

Mother Nature's handiwork is yours to discover in multiple places around Vinca. Just 20 kilometres away, Gorges de Galamus is a good place to start. Gorges de la Fou sits 20 kilometres away and is another favourite spot for some peace and quiet.

Make sure you see the impressive surrounds of Orgues d'Ille-sur-Tet. It's one of the best places to make good use of a clear day.

Whether you're a rugby union follower or you just want to be a part of the buzzing atmosphere, you'll want to catch a live game at Aime Giral Stadium, the home ground of the Union Sportive des Arlequins Perpignanais. You'll find the arena 30 kilometres away in Perpignan.

Skiers will find it hard to tear themselves away from Vinca, as it provides access to Soldeu Ski Resort and Pal-Arinsal Ski Resort. Just remember to pack your warmest gear! These snow-capped playgrounds can get very chilly indeed.

Into stopping at Prieure de Serrabona and the Aventure Active / Pyrenees Outdoor Sports? They're not far from the centre of Rigarda, 2 kilometres to the southeast. Alternatively, travel to Joch. It's 3 kilometres to the south of Vinca and known for St-Michel-de-Cuixa Abbey and the Marcevol Golf.

Caramany, 11 kilometres to the north, is a great day trip. You can use it as a port of call when swinging by Clot de l'Oum Winery, Dolmen of Belesta and St Barthelemy Chapel Ruins. If you're still not convinced, other close by sights include the Chateau Musee de Belesta and the Domaine Revelh.

The good news is that Vinca isn't going anywhere, so this "À plus tard" has no need to be your last!

If you're travelling by air, it's wise to plan your route to the terminal beforehand. From the centre of Vinca, you'll need to journey some 140 kilometres northwest to Blagnac Airport (TLS), the nearest airport.
