Elevator was breaking down. Restuarant Dining service was slow and pushed food to the table too fast Spa was a disaster and the sauna steam set off smoke detectors

Nice place to stay when visiting Lourdes

It was a very comfortable and relaxing experience. However there was an incident at the restaurant with our server who was very rude and feel require more training. This incident was investigated by the Manager Piere. He was very good and listened to our complaint and apologised. I will go again to this hotel as it is a lovely and comfortable place to visit Lourdes.

Anthony's customer service was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Only comment--since the hotel just opened the day before our arrival, they could have been more prepared for the arrival of guests. I wasn't able to use the spa due to the jacuzzi needing service. Also, the coffee machine didn't work and toaster oven had some issues. All these could have been checked before opening up the hotel. However, even with these minor incidents, overall stay was great!

Lourdes is very pretty and everyone was very nice. Hotel was comfortable and I had a lovely patio area off my room with two love seats and a table. Beds comfortable. Staff incredibly helpful

Good property near the Sanctuary.

A well-situated property near the Sanctuary, making it a convenient place to stay with many shops nearby. During our visit in the low season, we found many restaurants and shops closed. The hotel has an impressive exterior, and while the interior is clean, it shows signs of wear. The restaurant was open only for breakfast and dinner.

The water service (showers, faucet, had no water in the morning and the hotel staff did not resolve the situation satisfactorily. The only solution offered was to take a shower in another room in a different wing of the hotel
