This hotel is superb. The location is ideal - close to the action but just sufficiently removed to be nice and quiet. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants very nearby. Above all else, the room was immaculately clean and well maintained throughout our extended stay. Strongly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Singerstrasse Aparthotel. It is conveniently located to everything you would need for a Christmas-market trip to Vienna and visiting key museums. It is walking distance to most, and public transport is available a couple of minutes walk away. We had a classic room which was very spacious. It was nice to have a small dining area and a large desk to work off if needed. Really great having a small kitchenette as well. Lots of storage space in the room. We had a twin set up, and when we asked for extra pillows it was no problem at all. The staff make this place fantastic; Rafael on reception and the breakfast staff - just brilliant! Breakfast options were plentiful from continental to some cooked items too. Yoghurts, cereals, fresh fruit, fresh veg, variety of bread and sweet pastries/cakes. Really, it was just a really joy staying here! Felt like home away from home. The whole place is clean and tidy, and nicely decorated for Christmas. Our room had daily cleaning too which was great. Would 100% stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at the Singerstrasse 21-25 Aparthotel for one night (Classic Apartment) in November 2025. We enjoyed our stay. We arrived very early in Vienna and dropped our luggage at the hotel. The staff then very kindly worked really hard to get the room ready and we managed to check in two hours early. On check-out, there was no possibility of staying later, so we again left our luggage and walked around the lovely Christmas market. The room was lovely, large, modern and had everything we needed. The shower was especially wonderful. One small point; the TV is not smart and has only local channels (we found one in English) and all the inputs are disabled, so we watched our shows on a laptop. Not a big issue as Vienna is beautiful and you should be out enjoying it. The hotel is in a perfect location; a short walk to the center but far enough away to be quiet. As mentioned, all the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend!

The property was clean a d staffed 24 hrs. The room was fully equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and two burner cooktop. Very clean dishes also. I recommend the facility to first time Vienna travelers for sure.
