Meh... there are better quality inns out there

The place could use a good cleaning. Something sticky had spilled right outside the main front doors, and it was there the whole two days of my stay. It was indicative of my stay. In addition, everything was old and in need of an upgrade. The breakfast was spartan, as far as this level of hotel goes. The plus side is the bed was comfortable and it was cheap. In the future, I'd spring for not so shabby.

They couldn't find my reservation upon arrival, but I was still charged. They didn't have any rooms available, but helped me find a room in another property "around the corner", so that was good. After almost a week Expedia and I are still waiting for a decision from the hotel on a refund. What's to decide???

The property is like a homeless shelter. Totally terrible. The keys sometimes do not work and I was located in the back of the building facing a parking lot by the woods. I had do walk twice to the front desk for the key issue. Then time to shower….. there was no water in the shower. They promptly sent someone to guide me, because it works but I needed to know how. The smart thing for me to do, was to change plans and leave the premises before I catch a bug or something because of the large quantity of visible dust over the furnitures. I must say that the employees I was in contact with were very polite and accommodating.

I hate everything about this property. It's a cheap motel and front desk staff is very arrogant. The hotel after check in found out toilet is leaking. Front desk staff will check you in and sometimes ask you to vacate saying your payment was not received from 3rd party. Horrible customer service! They charge you crazy for early check in. They only prefer cash for early check in and their ATM only dispenses limited cash. They have 2 hotels connected and is always busy with huge lines.The owner or manager seems to be always training someone in this place and also looks very arrogant.
