Charming Boutique Hotel in an Ideal Location Great hotel just a few steps from Stephansplatz — the location was absolutely perfect! It’s a small boutique hotel, which I really liked for its cozy and intimate feel. The only minor issue I experienced was when I ordered a ride to the airport through the hotel in the morning — unfortunately, the driver didn’t show up. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, and I was able to quickly book a ride through Bolt instead, which worked out well (and was actually cheaper — about $30 vs. $60). Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely return!

Home away from home

Such lovely and friendly staff. I felt like it was my home away from home. They greeted me each time I walked in and out and asked me about my day. Their complimentary tea and coffee service all day was just the thing I needed to warm up from being out in the cold all day. The room was clean, eco-friendly and had all the conveniences I needed. I would stay here over and over again. It also is in a great central location minutes walk away from St. Stephen's church and the rest of Vienna's attractions.

The hotel is great rooms are big considering it’s Europe and beds are comfortable stayed in Munich and bed was hard as a rock. The area where the hotel is located is very close to high end shopping as well as other points of interest very friendly people and only thing that was missing was a hotel bar or restaurant

The staff were very accommodating to the situation I had with my room and they were very helpful and accommodating my extra guest, even though the hotel at capacity. I don’t think I’ve had a better experience at a hotel with hotel staff. I had a situation with the person who was staying in my room and the hotel was very understanding and helped me mitigate through it. I appreciated that very much and respect the care they had for their other hotel goers. The food was terrific.
