A classy hotel, comfortable and spotlessly clean room with kettle, coffee and teabags to make own drink. Lovely bathroom with handy extras like hod quality toiletries and non-slip bathmat. Fantastic breakfast with a huge choice, perfect for me as a vegan. The chickpeas in smoky tomato sauce were especially delicious. All staff were friendly and helpful, especially on reception when arranging a car to the airport. I was with friends and there were spaces to meet as a group which we appreciated. All staff were smartly dressed (this is rare in England); everywhere in the hotel was pristine, for example, brass and glass polished and shining. Everything was of a very high standard, highly recommended.

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times when visiting Verona It is ideally situated only a ten minute walk to the amphitheatre and other tourist spots within walking distance The staff are always very helpful , hotel facilities are good
