We loved our stay here and hope to be back again soon! Venice is truly magical. We started our honeymoon here and then headed on a cruise to Greece. We spent three nights in one of the upgraded rooms with the hot tub. Location was perfect and it was so nice having the hot tub. I think only complaint was the thin/not comfy pillows but that seems to be standard in Europe, lol. Great staff and place!

Nice property for Venice absolutely dated, but that’s par for the course in this area. Staff was very friendly and helpful rooms were smaller than what appeared to be in the picture. Beautiful chandelier over the bed.

No hot tub as advertised. Bed is two beds combined into one. Front desk is always missing. First day I had to call to find someone to check us in. Have to keep asking for toilet paper. Shower drain is clogged. Basically not allowed to leave after 11 since door locks.

A quaint small hotel in keeping with other properties in Venice. It was an in an ideal location for all the attractions and especially for the water transport...only 100 metres away. Our room was small, the fireplace suite but was suitable for our three night stay. All in all, a very nice stay with the staff all very helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel

A great little hotel with polite, friendly staff. We enjoyed our 2 night stay in the classic double room which was clean, comfortable and perfectly adequate for our needs. No view from the window but they had a nice mural on the shutters to dress it up a bit and we were only in the room at night anyway so no issue for us. Breakfast was good consisting of a variety of croissants, cake, fruit, meats and cheeses etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in a nice location

Very nice hotel in a great location, conveniently walkable to all key sites with 20mins. Not too far from bus stations either from airport or/and towns. Lovely rooms, basic breakfast but we’re only there for the nights as we were only there for a couple of nights. Would recommend this place as its in a nice quieter location than the main attractions.

Simple and clean hotel

We got to Venice early and we’re able to leave our luggage while we walked around. Front desk wasn’t really able to answer some of our questions; maybe it was the language barrier? Breakfast was simple but adequate. Location was good, a short walk to the Rialto bridge and to vaporetto stop.

This is Venice.

In spite of the room location in the hotel (we had a view of the wall of the building adjacent) we had an excellent experience at this hotel. Room was comfortable and breakfast was adequate. We were not there to spend time our room anyway.

Quaint little boutique hotel.

Very cute property. Rooms were spacious, high ceiling & had all the amenities needed. While breakfast was included, it was a true continental breakfast with only cold options. Would stay again, remembering to plan for breakfast.

Was easy to check in all info provided up front. Room was great. The overall bathroom was large, onky downfall is soze of shower.. but they have a seat in there ainxe roo small to bend over.. overall would still stay here again. Love access to food and bar below and little piazza.

I did not like the fact that when we got there we had to call somebody to get a code to open the front door to the hotel because there was no one in there and then when we did get in there were bags of Linens or garbage on the other doorway that was locked and they did not give me the room that I requested it was very Antiquated which I get because Italy is old but you should have gave me the room that I requested or maybe I went ahead as many problems like a hot tub they had to have someone show me how to use it because it wasn't put together right and then the toilets were leaking at night I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

This was a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. We were close to everything on a quiet square. The hot tub was great after a day of walking. Breakfast was simple but fresh in a very nice room. I would recommend this place to anyone.
