It is centrally located, and the customer service is great before and during the stay. They assisted with transportation and tour bookings. I didn't realize that cars weren't reachable until we traveled there. I contacted the hotel, and detailed information was provided. I may have missed this, but it would be helpful to note this in the description or the reservation. We had early morning flights so it was nice we got breakfast to go.

The stay was ok. We were very unhappy about the beds. They were very very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok. No elevator. Excellent location but hard to find initially.

The room was lovely and inviting, very suited to the locale. Felt like I went back in time. Service was wonderful and the breakfast/coffee/tea area was very nice. So close to St. Marks Square and other activities available in Venice.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable they were like sleeping on a slab of concrete. You also have to carry your luggage up 16 steps and there was no one there to help us when we checked out this morning. The hotel was very quaint but a little difficult to locate

We had a lovely 2-night stay. The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to everything in Venice. They provided clear instructions on getting from the train station to the hotel by water taxi. The breakfast offered good variety and was a great way to start the day. The staff was warm and welcoming.

Very charming and great location. Close to shopping, main square and boat transportation. The ladies at the breakfast were very kind and made some great coffee. Only complaint was that the AC was not allowed to be turned on since it was not the season. Apparently, it’s not turned on until late May when the weather gets warmer. The room was stuffy so we opened a window and so many mosquitoes came inside. It was not a very restful night.
