Great place close to everything in a quiet location

We (fam of 2 + 2 teenagers) stayed here for a few nights. The place is a typical older Venetian house close to the canal Grande, train station and airport transfer boat station . The owner was very helpful in providing guidance and checking us in, including allowing luggage storage before and after the check in/out. It's definitely a great value. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location and host

The location of the property is ideal, very close to the train station and easy access to tourist sites but on a quiet side street. Just a few steps away we found a perfect little spot on the canal for a cafe and croissant. The host was very helpful with communication, information and suggestions and even making dinner reservations for us. The kitchen was perfect for making a simple meal at the apartment with a large market nearby. Would recommend this apartment.

A great experience and impeccable host

We could not have been happier with our stay in Venice. Our host went over and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, including providing a service we could use to help us with or luggage to and from the train station. Venetian Beauty

Everything about this rental was great! The landlords took excellent care of us by providing up front service and were responsive to every question and need we had. The rental itself is full of interesting art from Venice, the beds are comfortable with clean quilts available, and the kitchen's very charming with an Old World flavor, but still clean and efficient. It's in a very convenient part of town near the train station and just down the corner from our favorite Egyptian bartender and breakfast cook. Awesome time!

Beautiful apartment in amazing location

Myself and two friends had an amazing time in Venice thanks in no small part to this charming cosy apartment that's right in the middle of one of the best spots to stay in Venice. Communication was very easy, we used Whatsapp which was handy and we received some great recommendations from Alessandro. We would definitely come back!
