Beautiful hotel bad time to remodel

The stay was great. The hotel was beautiful but i didn't like being woke up at 7 something in the morning to people banging and working on the building. No warning or anything. Kinda feels like i wasted my money for nothing when I went for peace

Front desk employees were rude, also I’ve never had a hotel charge for early check in when they said the room is ready. Or charge for parking when there’s clearly spots and we’re not in a busy downtown area. No good breaks fast, gross floors by the pool, coffee machine was broken. There were no directions in the hotel room, didn’t find the hotel tv station for 2 days which would have been helpful from the start. The balcony view was eye level with rocks and the roof on the second floor. Signage was incorrect about where the room was, the mini hand lotion was already opened and used in our room. Very disappointing.

We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this one takes the Cake. It’s quiet and super clean. Staff is amazing. I’d give it 20 stars if I could.

Sheets had yellow stains, asked to be changed and they brought non-fitted sheets and didnt redo the bed then. Also, no new towels on the second last day of the stay

The room was great, the staff was very helpful and breakfast was great. The one thing that was a bit of a negitive was the pet releife area. The trash container that the dog's watse needed to go into was full of all kinds of trash and it was never emptied the whole weekend we were there. Had to put the poop bags in the trash can next to the doors.
