It is a nice hotel and very clean. The staff who clean do an excellent job. But if I’m honest I’ve had to work with Fairfield booking multiple times in the past and they always are making mistakes. The manager was helpful called her earlier in the week to change something and it was done when I checked in .. love this hotel only stay there when I come to Wilmington at least once a month, everything is always good.

The room was good me and my husband enjoyed ourselves, except when we first got to the room we checked the bed, and saw hair strands on the sheets. Had to get new ones. And the fitness center isn’t open. But other than that we enjoyed ourselves.
