Everything was neat and clean - the only down side was the single use coffee cups, plastic cups and wine glasses. But perfect apart from that personal preference.

Excellent value for money.

Clear instructions sent prior to gain access to the room with key safe. No reception service available, but no need. Very quiet considering it’s on the main road. Close to walk to eateries. Very clean and renovated queen room. Spacious and warm. Comfy bed.

Pleasant surprise

On arrival this motel looked like it needed lots of TLC. DON’t be fulled by the exterior. Our room (room 4) was the cleanest room and well organised room we have stayed in in Victoria. Reception is off site but the check in was excellent. For the price it is excellent value. Would definitely stay here again

Swan Hill has gotten so expensive, but the Paruna remains cost effective. I booked one of the renovated rooms, which was clean and spacious compared to others. Very close to town and a hidden gem!

The room I was in wasn’t modern but the room was very clean the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. I will come back for my next visits to the area.

Hello 1970’s old and outdated needs an upgrade

Room was very outdated i felt we were back in 1970. Bathroom basin has rust stain around drain. I was not happy with grey coloured towels as you cannot see if they are clean or not. Room was very dark with very little natural light. Bed was comfortable . Desperately needs an update. I believe it was overpriced for what we got

We had a Family room. I was very happy. It was basic but excellent value for money. I requested extra towels and pool towels be placed in our room and they were. This is a great hotel. We used the pool and BBQ. Not the pay BBQ we lost a $1 but the other BBQ worked fine.
