The night check in clerk was not very nice. I had an issue with the pet pricing and they were matter of fact at they couldn’t do a thing about it. Hotels.com took care of it and told the to change there information on your site. When I acquired about the back door not working with the key his response was something it works sometimes it doesn’t. RUDE the clerk in the morning at least explained that the part was ordered and it would be taken care of ASAP. The night clerk needs a course in customer service. I did not feel very safe there.

Hotel is surrounded by a dilapidated metal storage facility. Our room smelled stale (being courteous).... There was urine still in the toilet..... and the carpet had multiple large soiled/stained areas.

False information listed on website

We were traveling with the largest size U-Haul truck and pulling a car behind with a tow dolly. We picked this hotel because on the website it stated there was bus parking. When we pulled in… We drove into the back of the hotel looking for the bus parking and got cornered in a small parking lot with no way to turn around and get back out due to the size of the U-Haul with the car on the back. We ended up having to take the car off of the tow dolly and get both vehicles turned around to get out… And then had to put the car back on the tow dolly. So we spent an hour parking before we could even go check into the hotel. Very disappointed that this information was listed on the website but did not actually have designated bus or trailer parking and the inconvenience that it caused us 👎 😠

The staff are amazing the night person was up all night i was suprised he did not sleep behind the counter the Morning lady is very nice so is the secomd shift gentlmen. The room was very clean and smeled reallg nice like the rest of the olace. I highly recomened it.

A very nice hotel!

A very comfortable hotel. Well maintained and a nice room. The staff was quite pleasant. An excellent breakfast as well! Really enjoyed our visit!!

Hotel was clean and staff was relatively professional. Room was clean but had a slight moldy spell (probably from carpet). Only issue was at check-in.. staff said room number aloud which is a huge no no.. especially for a solo woman traveler. Other than that and the moldy oranges at breakfast, it was what's to be expected at this price point.
