Older property but well kept up. Staff very attentive and easy to work with. If issues come up they were very quick to problem shoot and solve the concern. Our room in Feb 2026 was kept clean and well supplied with microwave, tv and small 'fridge. The room was large enough for two people and it was close to many events related to the Tucson Gem shows. I felt the charge for the room was reasonable when I contacted the hotel directly for a reservation. I and my partner would stay in this motel again for the next winter gem show.

Property and room were well maintained and clean. Parking lot was well lit. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was under 15 minutes to walk to a streetcar stop. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if in Tucson!

The room was very clean, smelled good, and quiet, despite being next to a very busy street. The staff at the front desk were cheerful and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, especially if I have work to do at the University.
