Took awhile for the clerk to check us in. Room was spacious but very dated, hotel seemed dated. There was a dresser but it was in the closet and couldn’t open drawers be/c of closet slider door. That was just stupid. Would not stay there again unless they had a major renovation.

We were overcharged for our room. Fortunately I checked the rate and had to bring it to attention of the person checking us in. Initially they said the additional charge was for tax but that was not true. They said they fixed the over charge but we would not see the correction until the next day. Not sure why this happened it may be a systems error and not the individuals fault. Needs to be looked into and corrective action taken.

They charged me a deposit and for the room even though i already paid online. They refunded me $100 and still took $112 out for deposit which was onky supposed to be $100 and im still waiting 3 days later for my deposit back. Also the water was shut off for awhile and toilet was broken when i first arrived.

When I first walked into the hotel, there was an alarm going off, the tv in the corner was glitching, there was no one behind the desk and the two guest that were sitting there said the hotel person had just left in the shuttle to pick a party up from the airport. It was the most bizarre hotel experience of my life. I would have walked out, but I was so tired from trip I waited and the hotel staff were actually really nice and trying to make it happen. Then my shower had no heat the first day, the toilet ran the whole time I was there and the water just cut off on my second day. It was a bad scene.

Where has all the good service gone?

No one at front desk on Friday night @ 8:30. waited half hour. Finally someone came and checked me in. Key did not work when I get to room. No hot water that evening and wanted to shower. Thankfully that was fixed by morning. Cleanliness ok. Hotel has gone downhill. Where has all the good service gone? I am starting to think Airbnbs are the way to go. Hotel prices are now comparable.

Our room was quite comfortable. Very neat and clean. The bath accessories could be improved. No soap at the sink, one wash cloth and two small towels. For women with long hair, two towels and one wash cloth per person would be appreciated. Breakfast was good. Had a dish of potatoes with chorizo. Excellent & very nice change from the usual.

Is what nice and peaceful. But every sins the 3 days stayed there the water never got hot. Couldn't take a bath. By the time I jumped in the tub the water was cold. Then had to leave the water running in order to get warm water but never got.

The room was in need of updating. The fridge froze everything no matter what setting it was on, the room was stocked without an ice bucket, the toilet wasn’t flushing properly—I had to go into the tank and fix it. They were in the process of making changes, so it may be that things improve soon.

Wait for room to be ready.

The stay was pleasant except that we had to wait more than an hour to check in. We had a reservations and arrived at 4:30 p.m., but the room wasn't ready until after 5:30 p.m. There was a long line of guests in the same predicament.
