We had two adjoining rooms for our party of 6 that were very clean, beautifully appointed with very comfortable beds (including the two Murphy beds) and good quality linens. The staff in the dining room stood out as being the most friendly and attentive. We have visited Tanque Verde with our family at least four times and when I asked why our name did not appear on the Welcome Back sign outside the dining room, I was told it was because we did not choose their "All Inclusive plan" which did not sit well with me as we certainly spent our fair share of money while there. We enjoyed our trail rides, the mountain biking and the CowboyCookout which was the perfect way to end our trip. Having been to Tanque Verde in the past, I have to say that this time around we were disappointed in the dining room menu choices which we felt were very limited. If you plan to celebrate a special occasion and want to order from their bakery, make to sure to follow up! I did not and found out right before the surprise dessert was to be served that our daughter's birthday order was never received. All in all we had a wonderful time and beautiful weather....the perfect place for our family reunion.

We had the most amazing time. The staff are all so friendly, the wranglers are amazing. Big shout out to Mike, Bill and Kat. A very special place to visit. Loved Team Penning, the Cowboy Cookout, Breakfast Ride and Sunset Ride in particular. This was my 3rd holiday here, and I'd definitely go back a 4th time. My favourite place to go.

It was amazing as always. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are super comfortable. Can’t say enough about the view. While Tucson is hot this time of year, it’s still beautiful and fun to visit. Had a wonderful time.

Come Home to the desert

From the moment you arrive the staff is interested in your needs and wishes. The priority is beautiful and historic, a real dude ranch. Food is excellent, fresh and authentic. Try the bacon for breakfast!! The coffee available gratis is the dining area is delicious!

Luxury next to nature

Top notch resort, even out of season (summer in AZ). Access to the beauty and wildlife of the desert is first-rate. Saw my first gila monster after 20 years in AZ, lots of lizards, javelinas, great hiking, etc. Friendly desk crew and restaurant servers, excellent kitchen.
