The room smelt weird. The skirts on the beds have very strange stains on all sides. The sofa bed mattress was SUPER old, very yellow, and you could feel every spring in it. There was no bedding for it. We had to go to the front desk to get it. We tried calling, but the phone wouldn’t work. The bedding provided was one sheet (not a fitted sheet), one blanket, and a pillow.
The 2 beds were very uncomfortable and mattresses dipped in the middle.
The whirlpool jets were not working properly when we went to check out the pool. We didn’t bother using it.
Then the free breakfast was a nightmare. It was from 7-10am. We got there at 8:30am and apparently that was after the rush. There was no oatmeal left, no bacon left, no potatoes. The waffle batter dispenser was broken and had to be fixed. Apparently that happens all the time.
The coffee was out and we were told to go out to the lobby to get some as it would be awhile.
The cranberry juice came out as pink water.
I did head to the front desk to ask for possible help for the poor gentleman trying to refill everything by himself all at the same time. The lady at the front came for a moment and when the guy said, “it’s been REALLY busy”. She said, “yea, we’re sold out”. She didn’t help much and then left. Someone must have tripped on the rug in the breakfast area as there was powder sugar all over the rug, floor, and furniture. No one was bothering to address it.
My entire family said, “Please don’t ever book that place again”.
