Omg just want to say a massive thank you all for such a beautiful stay! The customer service was outstanding, the staff were so friendly and welcoming 🥹❤️ They cleaned our rooms daily and did a fabulous job! The rooms were nice and clean! I’ve been to the much larger resorts such as the Taumesina, Saletoga Sands but really appreciated the great value for money I got from staying here! Thank you so so much! Will see you again November/December next year ☺️

Would stay there again. Rooms kept clean daily and fresh towels provided. We had bathroom issues which was addressed promptly. Staff were polite and lovely. We enjoyed not only the daily breakfast, but we loved the bar menu. The pizza, garlic bread and fries well worth the money paid.

The resort has a great atmosphere with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Everything felt welcoming, relaxing, and well cared for.

Room was spotless, staff went above and beyond to help us. We loved the old-world charm of the place and the location is so picturesque.

Overall had a fantastic 7 nights, staff were very welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had a good holiday, especially considering the fact I was nursing a broken and a fractured rib from the previous 7 nights in the village, meals were delicious and the rooms were beautiful and clean and well serviced - very comfortable bed! Just love Samoa - highly recommend Sheraton - will be going back that’s for sure!
