All the staff are very attentive and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. You can request extra bottled water if you need it. We had an evening flight from BA, so after checking out the hotel stored our bags for the day, and allowed us to shower and change in the spa after a long day of sightseeing

Reception staff really helpful and the lady on breakfast duty was lovely. Breakfast was minimal. Room was clean and shower was amazing.

My teenage son and I had a great stay at Smart Hotel Palermo! The location is excellent. The staff is exceedingly nice and let us use the pool and spa after we checked out because it wasn’t possible to extend checkout through the afternoon. We had a relaxing and fun last afternoon in BA. The breakfast was great, including the coffee. We shared a room with two double beds—it was snug but met our needs. The WiFi was good. We would stay here again!

It’s hard to imagine that there is a better place to stay in Buenos Aires. The Palace is a beautiful hotel with incredible service and attention to detail. The concierge staff helped take our trip to a higher level. The hotel is also in a high-end neighborhood and within walking distance of quite a few major sights. We highly recommend!
