Great hotel in Recolleta

Great hotel in the heart Recoletta. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel is very clean. We spent 5 nights and found the beds quite comfortable. Easy to walk to many sights.

We stayed at this property for four nights. The front desk staff, Sasha, Diego, and another gentleman who have forgotten his name were really helpful and made this stay exceptional. Love the fact that the hop on and hop off bus had a stop across the street and we were able to go around town and visit a lot of places. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We arrived around noon. Usual check in 3pm. Sarah front desk girl was very polite and was able to check us in in about 25-30 after our arrival. Thank you Hotel is in vey good condition, room that we wore in was absolutely amazing. This hotel deserves 5 stars for sure.

By the time we arrived at the hotel I was very sick. They offered me to stay at the relaxation room while getting the room ready and on the departure day they extended the check out till pass 4 pm. For someone that was so sick, these kind gestures made the unfortunate situation more bearable. I hope to return there in the near future and enjoy the city the next time. ( our suite was spacious clean and airy)

Great stay

We loved our stay at this hotel. We enjoyed many of the amenities, such as the spa and pool on our first day and thought it was well worth the price. The rooms were spacious and in a convenient location for us. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was above and beyond in customer service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and upscale hotel at a decent price!

I'll start with the only MAJOR BAD: the outdoor pool - very poorly designed. The deck is boiling hot on your feet. Nor can you rest your arms on the deck while sitting in the pool - you'll burn your arms! The lounge chairs only get sun until 9:30am and then only shade. It's a restful space but unusable. What a shame! THE GOOD: We stayed for a week in Rm 503. Very spacious. Separate shower room and toilet/bathtub room which means two people could easily get ready in the morning. The balcony overlooked a beautiful plaza and was comfortable and private. Comfortable furniture and bed with sofa and chair too. Plenty of closets and drawers. The desk was large with many outlets. The WiFi did not work but when we called the desk, their IT person brought us our own personal router within an hour. Breakfast buffet was good although they like their eggs to run. We had to ask for bien hecho (well-done) every time. Dinner had some wonderful tastes although we only ate there 3 nights out of 8. We felt welcome and cared for. Thank you Palladio.

The two-bed room we stayed is very spacious and clean. The two queen beds are comfortable. The bathroom has both a shower and a tub. Two sets of closet and storage are available, so no need to share a closet. The breakfast is very good, and the staffs are polite. Overall we’re very pleased with our 5-day stay, and it’s an important part of our vacation.

The full access to their spa was awesome. The reception desk was kind to offer me the spa access while waiting for my room for checking in. Taking a shower after a long flight and a warm weather makes a world of difference to your comfort level. The room is nicely appointed, clean and designed with care. The hotel conveniently offers currency exchange for travelers and their hotel is near the must see places in Recoleta such as the Cemetery, and El Ateneo Bookstore. There are plenty of stores to address traveler's needs such as toiletries, snacks and souvenirs.

The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and we received an early checking. Valentina was really helpful and she made us feel welcome. The room was excellent. Beautiful and well attended.
