Head out of Trimmis and you'll be rewarded with some picturesque natural sights. Just 40 kilometres away, Piz Buin is a brilliant place to spend a few hours in the fresh air. You also can't lose with Santis, 45 kilometres away from Trimmis.

There's nothing quite like getting up with the sun and cutting through fresh snow before anyone else at Oberstdorf Ski Resort. Once you've hit all the runs there, pack up your skis or snowboard and hone your skills at Arosa Ski Resort.

If you're thinking about travelling further afield, head 5 kilometres northwest to Zizers. It's here you'll find St. Regula Church and the Grossratsgebaude and Theater. We also suggest swinging by Furna, 5 kilometres to the northeast, for Central Power Station and Salginatobel Bridge.

Chur is located 7 kilometres from Trimmis and is an exciting part of the local area. Surrounding attractions include the Obertor Building, Rathaus and the Ratisches Museum. Looking for more? St. Maria Himmelfahrt Cathedral and Altes Gebau Mansion are also within easy reach.
