Enjoyable stay, would return

Friendly staff from the front desk to the cleaning lady. She left us clean towels on the handle of the door since we didn't request room cleaning. We enjoyed both outdoor and indoor pools. Love that parking was free. Hotel has carpet, so it's a little smelly. Shower didn't support enough hot water. I can't imagine taking a shower in winter. Also found some stains on the bedsheet.

Our stay was ok, staff were very kind. Our sink drained very slowly which was annoying as it’s fill up when trying to wash face or brush teeth. Our shower, we had to run it for 10 minutes just to get hot water. Once it was hot it was okayish. The hot water would lessen up and come back while showering. Not a great shower experience. Room was pretty clean. Bed was comfy enough. Sheets were a bit rough though. We chose this hotel for it’s location and location was great for what we needed.

It was nice to have an option for an indoor or outdoor swimming pool. It was difficult to find a parking spot on the surface parking lot, but they do provide free parking at a garage. That is a short walk away from the hotel.

A Fabulous Stay, Perfect for Families!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The larger rooms were perfect for our family, spacious, comfortable, and set up just right for what we needed. While we were initially surprised that the room didn’t have windows (something that could’ve been more clearly noted in the listing), we were genuinely impressed with how well the space was designed. It’s a clever approach by the property, and the result still felt premium. The staff really made the difference. From the moment we arrived, they were always ready to greet us with a smile and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shoutout to Vicky at the front desk, she was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. The pool decks and surrounding area were well above what we’d expect from an average hotel, absolutely fabulous and a definite highlight. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
