They had very comfortable, cute rooms. Modern and clean room and property. The location is convenient to Akihabara and many subway lines. Competitively priced. Friendly, helpful staff all around.

Nice location with nearby train lines to get everywhere. Clean and modern room. Two of the three matresses were very hard, though, floor-level firmness. Other than that everything was perfect and the coffee was amazing.

Good overall. During the hot and sweaty season (June thru September) be advised that the areas outside of the rooms and first floor are not air-conditioned and open to the heat/humidity. You will sweat while you wait for the interminable amout of time for the elevator to arrive. As long as you're prepared for that, it's a good choice.

I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was stuffy and hot. The only air in the room was a fan that didn’t help at all. We all went to bed sweaty and didn’t sleep well. The mats were uncomfortable and they only gave the beds one pillow each. There was no place to sit our luggage we kept tripping over our stuff and stepping on it. It wasn’t dark enough in the room either. The elevator was super fast and the staff were very friendly. Check in and check out were fast. The breakfast was meager so we had to go somewhere else. I don’t recommend pre paying for breakfast.

This property was great and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were different as more traditional Japanese style so took a little getting used to. We would totally stay here again. The complimentary coffee was also great
