This was one of the first stop we had. It was a great hotel. The roof top bar had all the liquor you wanted. The Serice for food and drinks is little slow. They take their time. But I loved the hotel.

The nicest hotel I have ever been to. The rooms were impeccable and the view was stunning. The staff was very nice and helpful as well, and the taxis are always coming to the front of the hotel so it’s easy to get around if you need one.

Hotel was lovely especially as we were extremely jet lagged. Note no children in the pool or gym areas. Sky bar doesn’t allow children and it’s the one with the view of Tokyo Tower - not the restaurant. Our 2 rooms were side by side (not interconnecting as booked) which was fine because our children are old enough. (A few years ago and I would have been upset with this.)
