Beautiful place but pool is not included

The park outside this hotel is beautiful! Bring a picnic blanket so you can enjoy the park. I like the Lawson store in the basement, we bought breakfast there every day and the food is reasonably priced. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant was expensive and not that great. The staff is helpful and very formal. The roof bar was closed for renovations and I was Upset that they didn’t tell us that until after we booked our non-refundable stay. The pool and hot springs cost an extra $50 US per day to use, which is crazy expensive, and that extra charge was not listed on the description. If I had known I couldn’t use either of those things I would have booked a cheaper hotel to start with.

The staff were very kind and nice. The hotel is located in a perfect area. Central. Clean. The room was excellent. Clean and large. The only reason I gave it 4 stars. Is no room service after 9. And the bar was closing at 10:30.

We especially liked the lobby lounge overlooking an outdoor waterfall. Beautiful and serene. We had a corner room overlooking Tokyo Tower. It was great.

The property was very presentable , rooms were clean and well appointed the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Where the hotel was situated you had to walk to trains taxi/or uber. The park around the property was very serene and nice to walk around. The hotel could use a good morning coffee shop that could provide a full range of coffee choices. The rooftop bar was closed for renovation so that was a negative. The proximity to Tokyo tower was a positive.
