Staff and main facility is excellent. We had two rooms. One was on the lower floors (14). The second we got an upgrade to the higher floors (22). There is a substantial difference in the quality of the rooms. If you are booking and it matters to you, go for the higher floors. This is right next to Tokyo Tower and Shiba Park...but there arent a ton of shopping and restaurant options if that matters to you (there are of course excellent restaurants on-site, but these are likely a bit more expensive for the convenience).

Extremely poor service

Incredible that in a 5 star hotel… 1. you have to queue and 30 minutes to get int the breakfast buffet it the main restaurant and rooftop bat 2. The lobby lounge closes at 7. 3. Queue up to 30 minutes to talk to the front desk. Is this normal in Japan?
