Hotel next to the tower with excellent views of Tokyo. Sky bar has wonderful night time views. Comfortable room with the widest bed I have ever slept in, must be 8’ wide. Very good lobby cafe and hotel shop. Gripe #1 I was offered a voucher for a free drink but when I tried to use it, it wa only good for a soft drink, a beer or sparkling wine Gripe #2 Lin the Sky bar, a small tray of bubbles came with my drink. Two drinks later I asked for some more nibbles but was advised only one serving per customer Come on, if you are running a prestige hotel, don’t nickel and dime your guests.

The only negative I have is truly an opinion. The vibe of the lobby, shops and other amenities felt very modern, trendy and upscale. However, the room decor felt a bit more dated in comparison. That being said, everything was in the room was in immaculate condition with equally immaculate cleaning service. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The view of Tokyo Tower was absolutely perfect and the surrounding neighborhood felt safe to walk in the evenings with plenty of dining options.

Perfect tower view. Loved all of the lounge perks and benefits so I highly recommend the booking package. They are about to undergo construction so lounge won’t be available beginning end of May just FYI. Expedia also got me a free drink since I’m VIP. That was a nice surprise! :)

The building itself is imposing surrounded by a park and a good view of the Tokyo Tower. At night, you can either go to the park or have a drink on the lounge on the 33rd floor and watch the tower changes the light colours every hour.

Good location. Easy subway access. And walkable to many destinations Convenience store in basement Lobby and common areas are very nice Rooms are a bit tired. The ones with a balcony are far larger than those without Access to pool and hot tub was $30!

I have stayed here many times since it opened. This stay happened to be the 20th year since it first opened. I stayed in a "standard" room this time. The experience was just as marvelous as I have had while staying in the luxury rooms. Room service meals are of excellent quality, as are the hotel restaurants. The Teppan Yaki meal we had was amazing. Breakfast on the 33rd floor was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and immediately willing to help us find what we needed. The rooms are beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. Our family group stayed in three different rooms, and each room was beautiful and clean. All of our rooms had amazing views of Tokyo. The outdoor area around the Prince Park Tower includes a nearby historical temple, and easy access to outdoor sitting areas. There are several nice shops in the hotel, a bowling alley, and a Lawson conbini. The concierge desk was delightfully helpful. The check-in desk was quick, skilled, and professional. After staying there many times since our first stay in 2007, this is still my favorite hotel.

Great stay, Tokyo motor bikes at night are very loud. This is not the hotels issue just in case you wanted to stay with the balcony open. The site and hotel suite were amazing.
