Feels peaceful and relaxing staying here after many days of adventurous. I got there early so they keep my luggages until I come back to check-in at 3:00pm. My twin bedroom and bathroom are so clean. There’re 7 Eleven across from hotel and walkable to some restaurants nearby. It take about 20 minutes to walk to the mall. Very helpful receptionist helped me to check in and check out. The Onsen hot spring water is a bonus plus the free ice cream retreats afterward.

Pleasant stay, very clean staff was great. Will stay here again.
Very impressive classic, tasty Japanese breakfast. Beautiful quiet onsen, that opens long hours and offers ice cream as a treat afterwards. The short coming is it seems a bit far from night life and day activities, and you have to buy detergent from the outside to use its laundry machine. But in general, a very nice hotel for foreigners.
A quiet little hotel with a very zen-like atmosphere. The room was small, but that is to be expected. The onsen bath was a big hit, and the Japanese breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. Drawback: no in-room safe which was surprising, and a bit of a walk to metro station.
• bed was comfy
• toilet and shower were clean
• the provided shower gel and hand soap smelled nice
• the onsen was great for relaxing after a long day of walking or to start your day
• area was pretty quiet at night
• short walk to the godzilla head and most of the tourist attractions in shinjuku
The hotel was clean and conveniently located. However the rooms are very small, and the AC is centrally controlled so you cannot change the temperature. We went in July and the room felt very cramped and hot.
Cool, traditional Japanese lodging option. A serene escape from the bustle of the busy city. Try the Japanese Nellie, so good!

The room space is very limited, we couldn’t even have room to open our luggage. The luggage storage policy is also very restrictive, not convenient for travelers with luggage.
