Our room was very clean and although small it did accommodate 5 people with 2 queen size beds and a twin bunkbeds. The a/c was great in maintaining the space cold. The shower pressure was also great with really hot water. It was a very easy process to check in and out. I will advise that there is NO elevator and our room was on the 5th floor. Carrying full size luggage and carryons 5 flights is definitely a workout that we did not consider beforehand. I will say that the attendants were extremely helpful and kind as they offered to help us with our luggage.

The rooms were clean and neat, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Our family of 4 stayed there comfortably. The subway line was very close and the area was clean and quiet. Our kids played at the children's park directly across from the hotel, which was very clean and nice. Highly recommend this property.

This hotel was humbling, because after walking all day walking up another 4 flights of stairs will definitely work you. Love how the train station, 7-11, laundry mat was so close by. The staff was friendly. Would recommend for small families!

Really happy with this place. Great for families with a family friendly and safe park across the road. The staff were beautiful and extremely amenable and the facilities were as described. Right near a train station, convenience stores, grocery store and great coffee. Loved it.

It honestly went really well, the room was bigger than expected and the staff was very sweet, helped carry my luggage. The beds were comfortable including the futon. They provided amenities and I was very happy to see the toilet and shower in separate areas. They responded well to our request of wanting an extend stay and I honestly would come back. I do however wish the stairs were a bit more clean leading up to our hotel room and that the comforters were a bit cleaner. Overall a wonderful stay nonetheless and would recommend this place to others. The station isn’t very far either and there are many convenience stores by. Keep in mind there is no elevator provided! Thank you to the hotel for helping us when needed and for a great stay.

Good location and clean, with refrigerator. There is not a lot of space, so families should not plan to do much in room besides sleeping, using the bathroom, and perhaps TV/games on the beds.

Rooms were spacious and really comfortable. Bathroom was nice and well appointed. The location was ok. A short walk to the subway but the lines that serviced it didn’t really go anywhere of interest. To get to the Ginza line which was a great connector, it was around a 17 min walk. Ueno area was also around a 20 min walk and it’s a lovely area. Check in was horrid. Small lobby with no AC. Took us around half hour to check in and there is no elevator so we had to lug our bags up 2 flights of stairs - but they were not long so it wasn’t too bad. Due to location, I’m not sure I’d stay here again, but the room itself was spacious, modern and really comfortable for my family of 4.
