Good for one night stay, not multiple

Everything was great. From check in, to having my own locker, new towels and Pjs every day and just necessary essentials. I was not comfortable with the bed. I stayed multiple nights with just a thin pad you’re lying on. Not comfortable at all. Besides that, I don’t have any other complaints. I enjoyed being walking distance to the metro. That’s imperative to have.

the location is suuuper easy to walk to from akihabara station, i feel cleanliness and noise mostly depend on the guests staying there. During my stay I had no issues with that though, I could tell that noise would travel pretty far in the sleeping space, but even with someone sleeping on the bed above mine, I wasn’t bothered at any point. Location-wise: worth it. But make sure you’re packing light, the lockers may fit a large backpack or normal size carry on, but the larger suitcases are stored in the lobby.

It was my first time in a capsule hotel, I liked it. Very clean and organized. I stayed only one night, the bed is hard so I don’t think a long trip would be good to stay there but for a few days it’s good.

Loved it

So nice. They provided sleepwear, towels, and other amenities. You have to scan to enter past the lobby and on the bedroom floor. Large lockers and very clear explanations of the facilities and procedures. Shower area was very clean. After your shower youre supposed to wipe the stall down with one of the towels/bathmat they provide. Room was very bright with adjustable lights. Good height in the capsule.

Clean, modern amenities, great location.

The cleanest and most spacious pod I have stayed in central Tokyo. Of course I’m rating this as a capsule hotel as it comes with most of the setbacks of a capsule (basically having to share everything lololol). Having said that, I think the only drawback was the space for luggage as the lockers were very narrow and even my wheelie duffle didn’t fit inside the locker. Everything was super clean and staff very friendly.

The hotel itself is very nice, everything was clean and okay. The main problem is there’s barely any air in the capsule itself. It was too hot and stuffy. I expected to be able to control the temperature. Also check in is at 4 which is even later than actual hotels, found that pretty ridiculous

Very feminin

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Showers are on 4he lobby level but rooms are upstairs. Shoes should stay in a locker on lobby level but luggage, if not a big one is left in a locker on your room level, otherwise it stays in the lobby. AKIHABARA is at 3 mn walk; plenty of restaurants and outlet stores 1 street up. Very animated area but very quiet around the hotel.

Stayed here multiple times and super convenient. Price is good and facilities are clean. Compared to other capsule, I like the sink/cleaning setup for after showering. They provide a lot of amenities for females (female catered hotel). About a 6 min walk from Akihabara station and close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

I booked this accommodation last minute due to cancellation of Shinkansen because of the typhoon. I’m glad it was only one night as I did not like this place at all. It was dirty, the sleep pod was uncomfortable and difficult to get into as the steps are on the side. The mattress was thin, hard and noisy. The shelf in the pod was dusty. The check in was fine but no information given. Staff barely engaged. They don’t offer amenities, explain process, where you shower or even how to locate the lift. The showers are on the ground floor and I was on the fifth floor along with the lockers which were very narrow and crowded. I only had a small bag and it barely fit. Everything in this building is tight and overcrowded. You need to take your shoes off in reception and put on slippers which look used. You store you shoes in lockers which was another tight squeeze. It was annoying not having anywhere to sit to take off and put on shoes. Stored luggage takes up most of the reception space. The lounge area is dull and basic. It is narrow and weird. Microwave, vending machine and hot water are the best features. It’s super close to Akihabara station which is very convenient.
