Room musty , one small Bottle of water in the room for 2 people . We would have had to wait 40 min at 8:30pm for " free shuttle" On departure day, Hotel shuttle only runs 1 each hiur even in morning when many people trying to catch flights .

The romm was fine, the air conditioner is terrible... the unit is very loud and smells very bad past midnight. The elevator smelled bad and the hallway to. The staff was very friendly... but the Hotel needs to be refurbished. For a one night/layover stay, it's ok... not for a long stay/vacation.

We would have appreciated more towels. There were three of us in our room and we were only provided with two towels. We didn’t have a hand towel or a bath mat. There were also no towels by the pool so had to use our two bathroom towels for the pool and for showering.
