Really convenient for late arrival or early departure for airport. They’re walking distance to the ITSE train station too but there’s no sidewalk. They have a shuttle schedule but for some reason doesn’t post it so I have included it in my review. Their whatsapp feels like it’s monitored by a bot and they never answered questions on the hotels.com msg platform

It’s a bog-standard airport hotel. Didn’t get to experience any amenities as we were there for just one night for an airport transfer. Beds were comfortable and larger than average. They operate a free shuttle service to the airport every hour. Great location if you have a late night or early morning flight in or out of Tocumen. Would be great if they operated the shuttle more frequently - say every 15 or 30 minutes. We ended up going to the airport very early in the morning because of shuttle times and would’ve appreciated at least 30 mins more early in the morning.

Clean room and friendly helpful front desk lady who checked us in. Also the restaurant staff were friendly and efficient, especially the morning and lunch waitress we had. Wonderful variety of good breakfast food. Would stay again when coming to the airport.

The room was clean and had a good view of Panama which I appreciated. Although close to the airport, I was not unduly aware of aircraft flying overhead. I also was not disturbed by noise from others in the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a wide choice of dishes.

It was close to the airport and we were able to park the rental car in front of the hotel. Dinner has a 17% subcharge which was ridiculous. The buffet was 25$ a person and marginal. I recommend the shuttle and not renting a car in Panama. The hotel was fine. I woke up to use the restroom and was greeted by a cockroach. Be aware !

Never take the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel — it takes forever, the driver is rude, and the service is disorganized. In the hotel room, there was no hot water, and the Wi-Fi worked poorly. The only great thing was the hotel staff, who were friendly and kind.”

My 2nd time staying here. The staff was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and high tech. There is a restaurant and bar (which serves food when the restaurant is closed) The hotel is 10 mins away from bottom line the hotel is fantastic! airport and the hotel has a shuttle van.
