Everything was good on the hotel, except the towels. they were ripped and old. they were not somethin that i would dry myself with, so I had to use my own shirt to dry myself

El cuarto sucio, no me dieron el cuarto que reserve, el taxista con quien tienen un acuerdo fue pésimo no sabe usar el GPS nos perdió.el manager nunca pudimos verlo, hay un registro de inconformidad en el front desk, somos clientes de este hotel por mucho tiempo estamos desepcionados, hojala tomen carta en el asunto.

Room service was really bad we has to ask twice to clean up our room also the lights were going off every 15 minutes. breakfast was horrible. over all was bot a good place to stay.
