Beautiful room very clean and comfortable nice coffee machine was a bonus good breakfast too, only negative thing was all the pastries were gone very quickly and not replenished but we had toast

We had a disabled shower which was inadequate as there was nowhere to put wet towels, no heating, no table to put toilet bag on as the only shelf was for toothbrushes, etc.,
floor was slippery when wet and no handles when standing under shower and nowhere to put towel ready for drying after a shower. We did tell the duty manageress Angel and she came to look and agreed that it would be looked into. Also would be useful to have two armchairs in room so that one doesn't have to sit on bed all the time.
Staff lovely, 10/10! Room clean, basic, only niggle was the double bed was a bit uncomfy but maybe our preference, the pull out sofa bed was a bed of springs but can’t expect much else! Knew what we were getting. Breakfast was good. Really good option! Would consider coming back! Can’t complain when the price was so low! Service is everything.. so big well done for having such great staff!

Lovely spacious family room with lovely homely touches. Lovely breakfast. Staff were very helpful when we needed them. For provided and set up for our baby.
The rooms were clean and in good condition.
There was no information given to us about breakfast but we had to leave before anyway but it would have been nice to know. The bathroom in room 11 had very noisy pipes the whole time, had to wear earplugs and still had disturbed sleep.
Unfortunately my granddaughter was sick during the night and when I tried to apologise for the mess in the room I was unable to get through the side door even though reception was supposed to be open at 7am. As we were rushing for a flight there wasn’t the time to go looking for a staff member.
Easy parking. Well appointed rooms. Very nice feeling of a normality and not as sterile as a business type hotel. Impressed with little touches .e.g milk in fridge rather than plastic pots
The stay was ok, the rooms were clean and modern, however the air conditioning heater was annoying and dried out your throat on a night. The breakfast was good, but the evening meals were very poor, expensive for what they were and pretty tasteless. The staff behind the bar was good however check in was poor with little friendly ness. I wouldn't stay again.
The room was spacious and very comfortable, and I enjoyed the hot chocolate and shortbread provided. The bottled water was also welcome, and the shower and bathroom was excellent.
The breakfast was quite nice, although I ordered poached eggs with my full english and they were like bullets. I asked if I could have a fried egg, as my poached ones were hard, and the young man I asked forgot. I waited over 10 minutes and the fried egg never arrived.
I asked one of the other staff, and they scurried away to get it for me.
I'd already finished my breakfast when they brought the fried egg. The same young man brought it, and I jokingly said "did you forget me"? He said "I might have"! No apology.
It's the little things that make a difference in a four star, and this establishment should be training their staff rather than leaving them to it.

Excellent rooms, attention to detail for the best stay e.g bags for the bath mat. Staff very friendly.
