With a stay at Fenwick Inn in Ocean City (North Ocean City), you'll be a 5-minute walk from Ocean City Beach and 5 minutes by foot from Maryland Beach.
We went in the off season and the nightly rate was great. The room was quite large. Breakfast was not great (as expected). The carpet throughout the place needs replaced. I will stay here again at the appropriate price.
