Great hotel near the centre. 10 minute walk from Den Haag Central station. Room I had was huge with microwave and fridge. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. All in all a good choice of hotel.

The room itself is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was great and very big - unfortunately it has one of the showers with only a half glass door so we did have to use a lot of towels due to the floor getting wet. The staff are lovely. The area is very central and steps away from the train lines. Really quick access to everything in downtown area. It was a little bit noisy but the room was relatively sound proofed. Very comfortable stay and I would certainly stay again.

the Location is perfect, expecially for shopping. rooms are a bit small, but i think for europe that's the standard. the only thing i did not like is not having housekeeping everyday. overall it was clean and convenient.

Right in the middle of the Haag, Groetenmart, Café‘s, Shops all close by. The bedsheets were washed but had some spots, that either came from the laundry or from previous usage.

Business 2 day stay - mid week Plus is clean tidy and breakfast was great. Minus - very small room, floor was grubby - ( not vacuumed ) and a ridiculously large empty fridge taking up so much space in an already small room was bizarre. Location was convenient for shopping but hopeless for taxi or pick up as right in pedestrian only area.

Amazing quadruple room

We had real difficulty finding the hotel and we walked past it twice. The reception desk is on a high floor, and what we thought was all part of reception was actually the bar, which was odd, and not somewhere you’d choose to sit for a drink. However, the room made up for everything. We booked the quadruple room for our family, which can sometimes be a little cramped. It was enormous! The huge beds were so comfy and there were 3 arm chairs, a full size fridge, kettle and microwave. We were very happy with our choice and the included breakfast was great too.

I usually stay in the Cove next door, this was unavailable so I chose Plaza. I was very pleasantly surprised - every staff member I interacted with was brilliant, the breakfast is excellent, my room was big and included both a fridge and a microwave, and was insulated from noise from the street. The gym is basic but has everything you could expect from a hotel gym. The staff members really elevated the experience for me. This is an excellent hotel considering the price and central location. I will be returning (:
