They didnt clean my room on the first day even if i gave a request to clean. The elevator broke and i had to take the stairs for several days during my stay and no one helped me with my luggage when i checked-out even when the elevator was broken. On the positive side, the hotel is centrally located near all the shops and metro station, and so many dining options around.

Difficult to find. Poor information about parking. Very slow elevator. Placed on several floors. Totaly without any caharm.

Central in the Main Shopping Area

About a ten minute walk from the central station situated on four floors above shops. Could not be more central for shops, sights and amenities. Close to excellent tram system. Reception very helpful and pleasant on arrival (and other times). Room with fridge and microwave (no evening meal). Little internal or external noise despite my room overlooking a busy pedestrianised street. Sadly, I had two single beds joined together and not a double but apart from that the room was good. Breakfast on the top floor - a good buffet with a variety of options. As with most hotels the cooked items quickly turned cool but otherwise fine with efficient staff. I would stay at the hotel again.

Stay was comfortable and good! Friendly staff !! Parking space was near 5 minutes to walk to Hotel ! Only we had difficulties with Navi finding the Adresse after awhile at last after the help of the two young boys we found the hotel at last !

Reception staff friendly and helpful. Hotel in a good situation to visit many places. Good transport routes nearby. Room clean and spacious. Kettle with coffee and tea. Fridge with bottled water provided. Room not serviced during 6 day stay. You could request new towels from reception. Our room was to the front on main street. Very noisy if window was open.
