The hotel overall was nice, however a little worn and dated…breakfast was good

If I could give the Trident BKC more than 5 stars, I would. It's always such a pleasure to arrive there. I usually breath a big sigh of relief after many, many hotel rooms and check-ins all over South Asia. The staff are second to none.

Everything was excellent

What can I say, this was my 3rd stay at The Leela Mumbai, rooms were clean with plenty of space to move around. Staff were fabulous from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Food at this hotel was amazing and plenty of choice for everyone. A big thank you to all the staff from the check in to the door men and a special shout out to the restaurant manager and staff. Definitely will be using this hotel again and is one of my favourite places to stay.

Very clean room, 80% staff excellent (depends on whom you approach), breakf not bad, beach view not bad.

The staff is amazing and courteous. They are also helpful, bringing me to the room with no issues. The place is very clean with a fresh scent of breeze. The breakfast selections are also magnificent with tastes from various regions. I find them overall luscious, a lot more than having just pancakes, cereal, eggs, yogurt, and bagels.
