What a mess! From the point of check in the hotel service was riddled with issues. Multiple credit card machine didn’t work when I got to the hotel so they offered that I could pay at the end if my stay including paying for room service at the end. However when I received my room service food the in room dining team insisted I pay on the spot and then suggested that I call down stairs to gain approval. When I called reception they didn’t know anything about the check in issues. Next the in room dining manager started calling me while I was eating and insisted that I should sort this out with reception. Why he couldn’t communicate with reception or a manager, I don’t know! Next when I tried to book a car the team dispatching the cars couldn’t answer basic questions such as ‘do I need to book the taxi or are they available’. Instead they pit the phone down on me. Finally there are random people trying to WhatsApp me from the hotel since I’ve left. Some big service issues that are not acceptable given the high price tag of the hotel.

Excellent staff and service. Was there for a layover so did not use much of the facilities. But wonderful rest for a 0400 flight. Friendly, courteous and very helpful staff for a tired traveler. Highly recommend this hotel. THANK YOU staff.

Best new thing in Mumbai

Amazing experience at the newly built Aurika hotel. Extremely impressed with staff and service. Rooms were elegant and comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast was excellent and received complementary 3 PM checkout. Will stay again in future.

First time in india and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Super clean and polite staff. Great breakfeast. I ended up losing my phone in a rickshaw while I traveling around mumbai, one of the staff members stayed up late trying to call my phone. While I wasn't able to find my phone, the care that was taken for me was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again the next time im in mumbai.

a Very Good Hotel

My self and my wife, elderly, spent few days at the Hotel. We are regular travellers to India and have stayed at different similar category hotels. This, by far, has been one of the best one we have stayed in. The Hotel with the room, the staff services. the food quality with its variety, wonderful. I don't think I need to look at more hotels in future. To mention some of the staff. Pushpa, Atul, Zeeshan, Ramesh, Tamjen, Aman, Mihir, and chefs Akashay and Pravin provided courteous service. Please thank all the staff.

We had a pleasant stay at the Aurika it was brief as it was before a 4am flight but it is close and convenient to the airport, the room itself was clean and the bed was super comfortable and I liked the products in the bathrooms. One downside was there was an ant problem. I'm not sure where they were coming from or what drew them but the bathroom had many, we were moved and another room also had a millipede. For a five star hotel that was unexpected. My hung was because they do not pick up room service food left outside in a timely manner this was the cause. When we checked in there was some and it was still outside on the hall floor 4 hours later.

The property was great. I loved the ambience of the rooms and the perks offered such as the gym and the pool. The staf was really polite and helpful. The only complaint is that it took a while for our luggage to show up at our rooms after the checkin. Would have appreciated a prompter service there.

Absolutely amazing stay at this gem of a hotel close to the airport and equidistant to most places of interest in Mumbai. Exceptional service from some of the best staff I’ve ever come across, calmly helping me relocate a lost iPhone that I left in an Uber. Pradeep and the others went above and beyond to help me navigate the city as a solo traveller. You can rest assured if you choose to stay here.

Overall it’s a good stay & their breakfast was too good as well. Staff was very friendly & helpful but had 2 major issues 1) too many ants under the table when I moved it & under the bed was also not cleaned enough & 2) found plastic in food we ordered for kids. Hotel manager on duty & staff fixed both of them once informed but issues leaves behind one impression which you can’t forget, specially when you have 18 months old with you. Had hot water issues too when we check-in on very early morning which they were able to fix in the morning only. Cleanliness & perfectness of the room should be their first priority to be cheked when they give room for check-in.
