A visit to La Coruna just isn't complete without heading out of the city and poking around its suburbs. Are you ready to find out what Teo, is all about? It lies 65 kilometres south of the centre. Lavacolla Airport is the nearest airport and the arrival point for many visitors. Once you've hauled your bags from the carousel and strolled out of the arrivals area, you'll need to travel 16 kilometres southwest to reach Teo.

This city is brimming with things to see and do, and you'll find many of them near Teo. It's difficult to pick the best attractions, but Santiago de Compostela Cathedral and Obradoiro Square are a couple you can't miss. Don't forget to put the Museum of the Galician People and Alameda Park on your checklist too. For a better perspective of this vibrant city as a whole, spend some time in the close-by neighbourhoods of Ramallosa and Rua de Francos.
