Book Best Western Telford accommodation from AU$83

It's not the best example of a four star hotel. I wouldn't give it that rating - maybe a good 3 star. It's not very fancy. The layout is rubbish. I had to walk through the leisure centre to get to my first floor room. I don't know why the stairs were so far away from reception. Odd. The bed gave a comfortable sleep. The room was a bit noisy because it was near a connecting door but apart from that, it was a good size. The shower and the toiletries were fine. You could tell that the hotel was a bit dated but the decor was fine. We were having poor weather for May, so I appreciated the radiator being on. The breakfast was a reasonable standard. It had some local produce which was nice to see - Shropshire tea and Ludlow preserves. I appreciated the healthy options like porridge "toppings" even though there was no actual porridge (at least, if there was I didn't see it and I didn't ask!). The staff were a little bit "casual" but friendly enough. I mean, it was one of those situations where they were busy talking and interacting with each other and not paying me much attention as a customer. I thought paying for parking was a bit of a surprise but in the end the charge worked out OK for the length of my stay.

The breakfast selection was excellent ,clean rooms, air-conditioning worked great.

Really friendly staff. Mother to walk to the pubs. Nice grounds and setting. Nice food.

Great room amazing food for dinner and breakfast

Last minute hotel room. No kitchen was frustrating so had to find a takeaway close by. Close to my destination of Telford International Centre. Key card worked when it wanted to and also same issue with the shower

The whole place was really good for the money and although a little dated everything was to a decent standard and the staff were helpful.
